The only disadvantage is during hot weather the ice packs don’t stay frozen very long. I use this product for my insulin.

Could use improvement
I really like the concept of this bag. I’m able to keep the medication at a safe temp while being able to store it all. I fit an adrenal click & auvi-q, plus my inhaler and antihistamines. With room to spare. The things that need improvement? An easier way to identify that it’s used for medication or emergencies. Right now it looks like a glorified, very sturdy, pencil case. I’m going to have to purchase some tags or a patch or something so it’s easily identifiable. And... mine came with a stain. So bummed.

保冷剤がないのが欠点
保冷用としては最高ですが保冷剤を直接いれるとインシュリン固まる‼️ひえすぎなので外側のポケットに保冷剤いれる必要有ります‼️品は良いよね
