removes hair really good, smooth skin
I was an avid user of sally hansen's microwavable facial wax. I used it for over 20 years and Now they are discontinuing it. I researched facial wax and came across this the GiGi microwaverable tweetless wax. And I have to say it works way better than the Sally. Hansen, it pulled the hair completely out. Didn't leave me in small fine hairs to go back and use my tweezers. It left my skin nice and smooth.I am a fan and will be using this for the next twenty years.

Product is Defective
This item arrived defective or expired. The wax was hard and stiff when I opened the container. It didn't melt or change it's state at all after heating for 5+ minutes. Both units in my ordered were damaged in this way. There is no option to replace this item, returns accepted only. I essentially paid $10 for a waxing stick, which is the only usable item.

Very small, perfect for waxing eyebrows or lip.
*update*I'm lowering it to 4 stars. I went to use this a second time and was disappointed with how the product performed. It heated up easier than the first time, and was not overly hot. However, it did a less than stellar job removing all the hairs on my upper lip. I would consider this product a one time use, which is fine for $5. Had I been able to get two good uses out of it then it would have been worth the 5 stars.Waxing in general is a messy affair, and unless you have a dedicated waxing station it's not worth it to have a giant pot of wax to use every two weeks to do a single lip wax. I had electrolysis done when I was younger so my brows never grow in, but they do get the random stray hairs and peach fuzz. I hate paying to get a wax done, because inevitably the person will over wax my brows and it takes forever to grow back. This tiny wax pot was the perfect solution! If it's to messy I can toss it, and $5 is way cheaper than having anyone else do it. The wax worked great, because the cup is small I had to reheat it a couple times while waxing. I was not bothered by this but that might annoy some people. The wax never got to hot. It's important to rub the wax in the direction the hair grows after it hardens, I do this even if I'm using wax that requires cloth strips. It helps the wax adhere to the hair better. I noticed the first time I tried it without rubbing the wax it didn't take off all the hair. Normally I use baby powder to protect my skin since I'm using much hotter wax, but with this stuff my skin was fine. The spatula it comes with is not salvageable. That would take entirely too much work to clean it. I have a bunch of small craft sticks I use for waxing so it's no big deal. I can definitely get a few waxes out of this, and for the price I think it's fabulous!

Finally! A good replacement for Sally's
I used Sally Hansen's microwavable facial wax for years with success, but over the past years the recipe seems to have changed or I've gotten multiple bad batches. So then I started paying for my Stylist to do my brows, but dang it has gotten so expensive. So I began looking at other products and this is exactly what I wanted and needed!I actually love that the blue chamomile stuff for the skin is mixed in with the wax. It seems to work really well. I don't have any redness after using this wax and it cuts out a step. With Sally's I did have redness (I've gone through menopause now, so that could be the difference 🤷🏼♀️).You need to follow the instructions and heat in increments and stir. It's not super easy for a newbie. Be patient. You'll have to use it a bit to get used to it probably if you've never used something like this before, but for me this is just like the old Sally, but even better! Exactly what I have been looking for. I am so very happy to have found this. Please don't change the recipe!

So-So
Very messy too use. Takes at least 2+ minutes to melt. It does remove hair. Product should be in wider container
