Damaged item, lengthy shipping, shipping price was six times item value.
I have taken photos documenting the damaged items, but the base of the zen garden was broken when I opened the box, and the buddha has large cracks across neck and chest. Very expensive shipping (six times the item price) and yet very unsatisfactory order.

Grest customer service, decent product
Upon receiving my first garden, the base was cracked off. After I sent an email, I got a quick response and was immediately sent a new product. However, the second product's statue had its head cracked and I had to super glue it to ensure it would not fall off. Great customer service, but the product could have been a little more durable.
