GIVIBF Tank Attachment for Tanklock Tank Backpacks

Id feel better if this was powder coated metal instead of plastic. I worry about that plastic hardening and whatnot in the sun over time and breaking.Also it just mounts flush to the gas tank ring, which would be fine except it means its also touching the gas tank. So they give you this clear sticker to put down to keep it from rubbing on the tank. Seems like it would have been better just to make the mount, you know, 1mm thicker. I might try and rig up some spacers to do just that.

This BF04 is the correct ring for Kawasaki Z125 Pro bikes sold in USA. Fits my 2022 bike perfectly. The other ring (BF42) that is said to fit the Z125 is for model sold overseas and will NOT fit models sold in USA - it does not even come close to fitting.

Does not fit 2020 Kawasaki 1000sx. FB29 is the correct item needed. The bag looks good quality though but I need the flange to connect to the bike & the bag. They reimbursed me so I can get the right part will buy again from them. Update, I receive the proper FB29 flange ring and it fit like a glove on my bike. Love it!

The tank lock system is awesome. Becarefull not to over torque the bolts/screws provided. They are soft steel, really easy to strip out. I accidently stripped them out and replaced them with hardened stainless steel bolts/screws. Just a heads up.Super awesome tank bag though.

I had a Givi bag that was set up for my Moto Guzzi and wanted to use it on my 2014 Monster 1200S as well. The position of the latch on the bottom of the bag (which is adjustable) would match both bikes. This kit had a couple things that were not necessary on the Monster 1200, spacers and a protective film for the tank, and the supplied 30mm screws were only long enough to thread a couple threads into the holes on the tank. I got 3 35mm stainless button head screws and it works great, exactly what I wanted.

I bought this hoping a few of the holes would line up with the ones on the tank of my Kawasaki Concours (C10) They did not, but a few minutes with a drill, and i was able to move my Givi tank lock bag between all 3 of my bikes... NOTE, this is just the inner,metal ring for mounting, the outer plastic ring the bag clips into must be purchased separately...

I specifically ordered this since the picture indicated that it contained both of the rings needed in order to mount a tank bag. But only the left ring in the pic was shipped. False advertising.

It fit perfectly for my 2016 Kawasaki Versys 1000 and very easy to install.

Givi website, along with a local Kawasaki dealer and a local Yamaha dealer confidently state the tank locking flange needed to fix the tank bag fixing ring to the bike is not available for a GTR1400. Oh yes it is, its this one and fits perfectly.

Fairly basic bit of kit, easy enough to replace original parts. Odd that the mount needed comes with a bag not this fitment. Appears secure and holds the bag I bought well.

Bought this in order to fit my Kappa tank bag to my Yamaha FJR 1300. Thought of buying a baglux cover and tank bag but, the Kappa tank bag is the same make as Givi but costs less and uses the same fitting system. A lot of the fittings are genertic and will generally be suitable for more than one make/model of bike.Product arrived quickly and had fitting instructions..took 5minutes to fit.Very happy.
