I had a pretty flat stomach pre pregnancy and was eager to not look pregnant after delivery. I wore this from the day after my baby was born and most days (maybe 4 to 6 hours a day) for about 2 weeks post partum and I only have a little belly pooch now @ 5 weeks post partum. So many new moms seemed impressed my shrinking belly so I think this really helped!It's uncomfortable at times but got increasingly comfortable as my belly shrank.

Not helpful at all. No one is this tiny after having a baby, it's been 3 weeks now and I can just now barely close it. Haven't used it once.

I am 5'1" and weigh 110 lbs and this way WAY too short and too tight on me to even wear. Very disappointed.
