Series 65 Exam Practice Question Workbook: 700+ Comprehensive Practice Questions (2019 Edition)

Too many questions are geared towards irrelevant topics, including QTIP trusts and money purchase plans. On the actual Series 65; 78 out of 130 questions focus on Client Investment, Recommendation and Strategies *and* Laws, Regulations and Guidelines.The practice exams attempt to cover ALL topics but I passed the exam by focusing on the latter.

pay attention to studying out of this book. It's got a few mistakes, but also a lot of the material is dated.I've contacted the editor with these concerns but didn't hear back.Update: The editor did contact me, and they said they are working on fixing issues.

The questions in this book, on all 6 exams, barely match the actual exam. They focus far too little on the laws and regulations on IA/IARs and focus far too much on accounting computations and trust questions you are highly unlikely to see on the actual exam. I would not recommend this book for the series 65.

The test questions have little or no questions regarding USA which showed up a lot in the test. I gave it 3 star because taking the practice test expand my knowledge and deepen my understanding of various topics.

I took the series 65 yesterday and passed. But this book doesn’t provide good examples of actual test questions look like. I also used the Kaplan test bank along with the 8th edition book and they were WAY more helpful than this book. I took 3 test in the book but it wasn’t helpful in practicing what the actually test questions look like. GoWith Kaplan

Another way for me to study material for the 65. It puts information in a more useable or understanding way. so far love the flashcards for quick study

This Series 65 Practice Workbook includes Six practice exams with Answer keys with actual EXPLANATIONS to accompany the answers given. This is an excellent supplement for anyone who already has exhausted other exam prep material. This book should not be used to replace a Solomon or Kaplan exam prep course. Instead this book should be used to augment the information that you have already have. More exposure to different information not only prepares you for the exam but the career as well.Some who have passed the exams claim that the test isn't that difficult. But as a kid, I remember having a ton of workbooks to supplement the homework given by schools. I just don't feel comfortable unless I have something to supplement the textbooks and courses that I have purchased. So I bought this workbook over the holiday weekend and I have worked through a couple of practice exams. I was impressed by the amount of topics that each exam covers and definitely got exposed to some information that I hadn't researched that much before. Questions for these exams are chosen at random and every little bit of information helps. Each exam has well over 100 questions. Good Luck preparing for your test!

I use this practice workbook in addition to the ExamFX online tutorial to give me more test questions to review and practice before taking the Series 65 exam. This workbook provides 6 separate practice exam questions with the answer key following each set of 130 questions. I especially like the answer key as it provides a quick explanation of why the answer in the key is the correct one. I always find that a useful tool when preparing for taking an exam as it helps me to focus on WHY the answer is correct, which helps me remember why the other choices are incorrect.
