I rarely leave online reviews but this company has been a pleasure to deal with and so easy - via WhatsApp all my queries were promptly answered.The climbing frame was delivered a few days ahead of time and securely packaged with nothing missing.It's well made and easy to assemble (it took me longer to build the outside support frame than the product itself).I installed the product outside and the natural wood looks great alongside the trees and leaves of our garden. I gave it 4 coats of varnish and if properly maintained I don't see why it can't be placed outdoorsOn two occasions I requested separate spare parts and both were sent promptly and without fuss.My son plays on it daily and I use it for exercise (it takes a weight of up 150kg).So a great purchase alongside an excellent customer service!
