convenient
I liked that I could color as much or little of my hair as I wanted. After trying it I realized it would work better for me if I just did a small amount of hair at one time; I felt like the color was different enough from my hair that I had to treat the wand as if I were highlighting my hair. Just running the wand through my (shoulder-length) hair put on too much color at once; I could see it would be helpful if I were coloring at the roots. My biggest disappointment was that, when I brushed it thru my hair as suggested, my brush got color in it and I had to wash the brush afterwards.

Transfers EVERYWHERE!
The color is close to the Revlon Color silk Cherry Red color I dyed my dark ash blond hair. I have very few grey's, but tried a hair color company that formulated the color to me that I didn't like, it was honey blond, too golden for me, I'm more silver toned. I figured I'd go for a different look altogether, but three boxes in of the red, all used within a couple of weeks because the red didn't take in my roots/hairline and the length was super patchy. I finally got the length looking better, but the roots and hairline were still blondish, which with the darker red, appeared white/grey. I tried this product to see if it'd let me feel less self conscious of the hairline. The color is good. Formula is a bit wet. It never really dried and felt tacky hours later, even though I only used light strokes with the wand, wiping off extra product. I ordered it the day before I received it and don't have prime, but was impressed with the super quick delivery. I tried it as soon as I received the product yesterday, so about 3pm in the afternoon. When I went to bed about 10pm, I touched it and it was still tacky and my fingertips came away red. Flash forward to this morning, my forehead, cheeks and pillowcase were very red. It had transferred. There was minimal product on my hairline. And dontcha know, it actually stayed red on my face after scrubbing. (If only it'd stay on my hair like that!) I will probably use again on days that aren't warm (I feel I'd sweat it off!), that I'm not wearing any light colored clothes and in a pinch when I'm actually going somewhere. For the price, it's not bad I guess, but I was hoping for more.

Color is not Light Brown or Blonde!!
I bought this product on a tip from a popular video maker (thank you Graceful Beauty!!) I love the product. It's fast, simple to use, applies with laser precision, zero mess, looks natural, and lasts several days. I have grey/white hair around my temples, and interspersed throughout my medium brown hair. I only color with demi perm color, but never seem to really color the hair around my temples (always mindful not to color my scalp.) I use medium ash brown or dark ash blonde color, which ends up looking like soft highlights in my hair.....I bought this product in medium brown (I love that color, although its a tad darker than I prefer), and this color - Light Brown/Blonde. I applied this color around my temples, and was horrified to see my hair turn red. Copper red... the rusty color I'm used to seeing from hard water deposits on stucco buildings in South Florida... Not as advertised, and not what I wanted.I suspect many people wanting light brown to blonde color will be disappointed (or horrified), and many people that would like to touch up their copper, red, strawberry blonde hair would like it - but would never consider it based on the name.I loaded 2 pictures; my hair immediately after application (it even gave my brown hair a reddish 'glow'), and the color on a white paper towel for info purposes. (Oddly, it looks like a nice shade of makeup foundation, certainly not any natural hair color I've ever seen.)Many thanks to Amazon for allowing me to return.

Not color stated
Not color stated! I’ve only had it in my possession for 11 days and it’s not eligible for return so I’m stuck with it. And that really sucks! It’s literally red! Red like color crayon🖍 red.And to just make things fun, it stains your skin too!Had it been Auburn I wouldn’t of minded that so much.I went to put it on roots of my dyed auburn hair and thought the color was off but figured oh it’s probably cause it’s concentrated it won’t look like this when I apply a bit to my roots. My bad!It was messy and even though I thought I might’ve just put a little bit. That was way too much!I realized it was red on my scalp and when I tried to wipe it off. It just smeared everywhere. It was a huge mess! Half my forehead & temple & where I had had applied product was stained red.I would’ve taken pictures as I normally do when I write a neg review which isn’t often, but I was on my way to a one day free clinic event as Spanish Interpreter. Yah! Wouldn’t I have looked lovely with my face all stained red.Had to scrub my face, scalp and hair & reapply my make up.I messed up my hair so bad trying to wipe/remove product, I ended up straightening half the curls in my hair.My hair is thin, because of Long Covid. I am 19 months out, its slowed but still falling out.So when I want to put it up in a ponytail (Which is really only way I can wear it because it’s too thin to just leave down, and too frizzy and crazy to leave down if it has curls in it). I have to have it curly to give volume. To curl, I have to use sponge rollers & mousse, twist wide strands of hair as I roll them up and sleep in rollers overnight. Sleep? Not so much. 😬To keep these lovely rollers in place I use a pair of underwear to cover rollers & wrap them up, twist & pull underwear back over itself on top of my head and a few rollers on top in the back, and voilà they stay in place. Don’t knock it till you try it!Sooo I had to recomb the wreck I created (Well that this red stain created), & use 3 ponytail hairpieces to add volume to flat ponytail. And it turned into a elegantly messy ponytail.Apparently people thought I was going to some gala. It was a little overkill, But I didn’t have much choice. Other than to wear a hat in 85° weather inside a building with no air conditioning. But those hair pieces that purchased here on Amazon? I eyeballed for color, & they matched perfectly to my dyed hair. I was a palest bleach pearl blond. I found out that medium chestnut brown is the same as light to medium auburn. This color says Auburn, and it is not! Not even brown. And the fact that I can’t even send it back?Well?Again really sucks!

Messy and can't return
This product makes a mess on hands, clothes etc. I just wanted to color my edges a little...the wand pulls on the hair (messing up the style)

Excellent
La brosse est beaucoup plus pratique que celle du concurrent de marque. Je n'achète plus que celui ci. Idéal pour couvrir mes cheveux blancs entre deux passages chez le coiffeur.

It works instantly!
This did the job for a quick fringe colouring as I was wearing a hairpiece for a performance. At first, my hair felt a little stiff but, when I brushed it through more thoroughly, it was very nice. I'm very pleased.

Very handy item!
Covers the odd greys quickly and easily. Does not make hair stiff like mascara would and can be brushed without losing the colour. It is not sticky and does not feel like anything is on the hair at all. Not really for those with lots of grey but a life changer for those with dark hair where silver strands can be more noticeable, especially when tying hair back. Only takes seconds and much simpler than dying hair. Not noticed any negatives to using this.
