Do not buy
These spray heads do not fit the hose connections and after making adjustments with the hoses they spray a straight stream at the Bottom of the windshield. Do not waste your money.

Good Replacement but not Perfect
The media could not be loaded. Fit perfectly in my 2016 Honda Odyssey. Not loose and snapped right in. My old tube fit perfectly on the new nozzle. Good replacement but does not spray as well as the OEM part. Probably pushes out about twice as much wiper fluid as the OEM (see video) and focused in a tighter area (doesn’t fan it out as much). Since it doesn’t fan out as much you can see in the photos that some wiper fluid ran down my hood. But you are getting 2 nozzles for the price of one OEM nozzle (and extra parts). Note: In the video the Drivers side still has the old OEM nozzle and the Passenger side has the new nozzle.

This does not fit a 2014 Honda Pilot as advertised. The nib you're supposed to attach the hose to faces the wrong direction. So, useless.

It doesn't fit properly seems like it's missing pieces
It didn't fit properly when you turn on the windshield fluid it wasn't sprinkling on the glass it was sprinkling on the hood it's not compatible with a 2011 Honda pilot

Need to order a hose with it.
Doesn't squirt high enough. Had to come back & order the hose. Doesn't fit the 2009 Honda Pilot's existing hose like it said.

Not the same as OEM part 76810-SZA-A01ZA
The part I received is not the same as OEM 76810-SZA-A01ZA as advertise because the nozzle connector does not line up with the existing tube connector.

Fixed the washer nozzle problem
They work as designed. Didn't fit perfectly into the hood opening, but with a little teflon, they worked as designed. Will buy again when I break another washing the inside of my hood.
