McCormick Chicken Tinga Seasoning Mix, .87 OZ (Pack of 12)

This spice pack is a staple in my kitchen, and Tinga de Pollo is a MUST HAVE DINNER at our house. My son (10) absolutely loves this dish, as does my husband! It's so so easy- thinly slice 2-3 onions (I use the sweet white ones) and sauté in a bit of oil. Shred the breasts of a store bought rotisserie chicken (or boil chicken breasts and shred them). Combine the shredded chicken, the Tinga de Pollo spice pack, the sauteéd onion, and a jar of Chipotle Salsa (I get the Safeway brand). Serve that mixture over tostadas (covered with sour cream), in a soft or hard taco, in a burrito, or over rice! It is very delicious and easy, too!

Absolute best tacos dish! McCormick hit this one out of the park. Very flavorful with the right amount of heat. Best served as suggested with avocado slices, sour cream and cheese on a tostada. So good. The downside? It's not an easy product to find locally, so I have to resort to buying online
