The only down side is that if there is a lot of mucus, some ends up in the suction tube like my husband and I discovered last night. But it sure beats putting your mouth over their nose and sucking it out that way!!

After a bout a year the nose insert piece got too icky (even though I cleaned it after every use) so I was glad to be able to just buy a lil replacement kit and not a whole new thing. Works like a charm, and so nice to just use tissues as the filter and not be buying silly filters all the time.

This does NOT have back flow prevention!!!! There were no instructions on how to assemble even though i thought it was self-explanatory. There was no box to store it in. Horrible product. Will be returned!!

This is probably the best aspirator for babies on the market besides what you get from the hospital. This is easier to clean and doesn't require a filter. It's the only way we can get our baby's nasal passage clear when he gets stuffed up. Great product!

I love the BabyComfyNose! Very handy as my twins have allergies, not to mention when they get colds. Hence, I use it fairly often and this is a very cost effective option at half the price of buying a whole new aspirator since the filter part of the item was just fine but the mouthpiece and nose tip wore out much faster from repeated use.

Love this aspirator and so glad there are parts for it. Super easy to use and clean. The newborn tip is way better than nosefrida and that there are no filters needed to buy. Just a tissue and its all perfect!!!

This is an amazing product. Having the extra pieces around is very convenient. Easy to use, easy to clean and so effective! I feel this is a must have for any new parent. So much better than any bulb type

Very nice contraption but I need a third arm to use it. 😑
