Great Product, Excellent and responsible vendor
I bought this product on June 15, 2021. Subsequently installed in an ancient BMW with a parasitic draw on the battery. After a while the remote stopped working, contacted the vendor on a Thursday or Friday, On Monday received a replacement at no charge. The battery disconnect is still working without any problems.

So far this thing is great: UPDATE!!!
I have a 2004 VW Passat with a parasitic drain I just could not find. I raised my hood so much disconnecting the battery I was afraid I would break the latch. I purchased this hoping to remedy this. Installation was simple. As you can see in the pictures, I unbolted the round negative battery cable that mounted to the frame of the car and put it on one side of the relay. I purchased a short battery cable with a round connector on each end. I mounted one end to the frame of the car where I just removed the factory wire then connected the other end to the new relay. Black wire from the controller went to battery. I put a 3A fuse between the positive battery terminal and controller. As you can see drain on the battery from this unit is well under 10ma. I put the remote with my car remote. When I get in the car I turn the battery on and start it. When stopping I cut the car off and look at my clock. I push the disconnect remote until I see my clock go off. Battery is disconnected.Have an update. My control board got some water in it and went bad. Not to panic if your control board goes bad also. Easy fix.Look on Amazon for “Solidremote 12V - 24V Secure Wireless RF Remote Control Relay Switch Universal 2-Channel 433MHz Receiver with 2 FCC ID Transmitters for Garage Door Openers, Cars, LED Lights & More (KIT-1)”.Cut the wires off the old control board. Connect the black wire from the battery AND the black wire going to the big silver relay together and put into the first connector hole near the circuit board mount where it indicates power connection. Connect the red wire from the battery AND a short jumper wire to the next terminal. These are the 2 power terminals. Connect the free end of the jumper wire to the NO (Normally Open) right next to it. Connect the remaining red wire from the big relay to the Common near the NO. Program the remote per the instructions and there you go! Good as new!

Amazon Delivery is Horrible and this item failed after 1.5 months
Amazon is delivering packages to other people's houses. The driver will submit a picture of someone else's house! If you look at the delivery address on google maps, you can see the picture where items delivered looks nothing like the address it is supposed to go to, and if you look further you can see whatever house they delivered to is nowhere on my street! This remote starter failed and only worked intermittently. The vehicle would sometimes stall out when driving and we'd have to get out and whack this to get the vehicle started again.

Installed easily
Worked great in dealing with a parasitic drain on a 2013 ford explorer. What I don't like about this is 2 things. 1 the remote sensor is not waterproof or protected in any way against engine debris. 2, there is only one remote included. Attached is the link to the remote I ordered that works great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XXMLB5B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

WATERWICH Remote Battery Disconnect Switch,
Works good

It's larger than the photo
It's a little big, but considering it's a big solenoid that switches the main ground wire to the starter, it is what it is. It works fantastic and was able to solve a parasitic draw by leaving the main ground off when in storage. No more dead battery. A bonus!

When off it works, but wastes a LOT of power when on standby.
When the switch is off, it cuts off all power, good for theft prevention and battery drains. Don't forget to switch to off whenever you're not driving though, it wastes at least .6a whenever it is open, that's about 12 times more wastage than a parasitic drain would be (around .5ma)! It'll also have a small effect on your gas mileage since it's wasting power while you're driving.

It works like it say it would..😊
I use it on a 2008 Chevy Silverado it’s my spare truck and sometimes it sits for weeks if not months without been started and the electronics will run the battery down this cut off switch it’s right down handy..👍
