Delicious Hot Sauce!!
I love trying anything hot and spicy and this has been on my mind for awhile. First impression was that it tasted a little bit like Chili De Arbol but more fruity. It is fairly hot so will mix some in to some sour cream for starters.

HHHHHOTTTT, but wonderful frutescence, This great to mix into a tartar sauce. I find the Aji flavor and heat to be an enlightening transcendental experience, Add 1tsp Aji Limo to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 Tbsps. of sour cream, 1 Tsp. chopped capers, 1 Tsp. chopped garlic, 1 Tsp. chopped green olives, and 1 Tbs. Lime juice. Put this on fish chicken or French toast.

Hot, but in a flavorful and almost numbing way... not the chemical heat of other pastes that are chemically derived.

Rare on Amazon, bring it back
If you can't get real aji limo peppers then this is the next best thing. I love putting it in my soups along with some rocoto. I wanted to test some of this in a ceviche but I ran out before I could try it. Now I want to buy more but this supplier is out of stock.
