Great for women with pcos
I started taking this product January 3, 2020 I will say that I do have a bit more energy and taking less naps during the day. I do love that it is in powder form which is flavorless and I am able to take it with juice or water each morning. When I first started it did give me mild stomachaches but those have subsided since continued use. I have pcos and after researching I found that taking Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro together has great results for women with this syndrome. I am giving it 4 stars because I am waiting to get more results out of it such a positive pregnancy test and restoration in my periods as before giving birth in 2018 Aunt Flo would come every 28 days; now 33-36 days. I will update my review if anything changes *fingers crossed*

Great if you hate pills
Okay so I hate taking 4+ pills of this same substance. I'm terrible at swallowing pills to begin with. So I like that you only have to take one little scoop. But lord in heaven, my toots smell like death. Like actually clearing the Savannah style farts. Maybe my stomach will get used to it over time.

Better than anything else!
I bought this January 21st 2020. I used off and on for about 2 weeks and did notice a difference in my energy. A few weeks went by and I never used it and all my PCOS symptoms came back. I got on a gluten and dairy free diet adding a scoop of this to my morning smoothies. 2 weeks of consistent used and I felt amazing! My cystic acne started going away, my hidradenitis calmed down, I felt energized. About 3.5 weeks after use I got my first period since October 2019. A MIRACLE. I had been on metformin since June 2019 and only had 1 period till October 2019 so that didn’t even work. I’ve now had 2 “regular” periods after nearly 3 months of use and only almost 1 of those months usually correctly. This stuff WORKS! I would rather buy this vs Ovasitol!!

The best money can buy!
It was likely to have been about to happen anyways, but I have PCOS and had a cycle four days later. It’s also tasty! It has a slightly fruity flavor that mixes well, even into coffee. I consider powders to be more effective than capsules (and less costly). The amount of Vitex (650 mg) was greater than more expensive alternatives. It also has the best scientifically proclaimed 40:1 ratio of inositol to d-chiro inositol, and vitamin D and B, something many women are lacking in. Vitamin deficiencies in both these areas can contribute to low energy on top of your preexisting hormonal imbalance. Folate is also essential to fetal brain development in pregnancy and is more readily absorbed than folic acid. Vitamin D helps in calcium absorption, and is prescribed as choleciferol. I will continue to use this product.

Would be better without vitex
I wish Optify would create a non-Vitex powder. I love their inositol capsules. I have PCOS, and they have regulated my cycle, which is a miracle in itself. I can't use the powder every day, as I am sometimes on the go or traveling and have to take the capsules. I'm not sure if it's due to the Vitex or the inconsistency, but I've started spotting a couple days before Aunt Flo ever since I started using the powder. I'd like a matching version of the capsules so I can avoid taking four pills when it's convenient--that way the supplements are the same and can be easily alternated.As far as the powder, I don't recommend using it in water, as it doesn't taste so great. It's best to use in a bottle (with some kind of flavored beverage) that you can shake really well. Blending it into a smoothie would probably work too, but I haven't tried that. It doesn't dissolve all the way in liquid, but it will mostly dissolve if it's blended really well.

"Day 2 of taking this. So far I feeling good. And I look forward to reporting some results :)"Day 10- this may have made my cycle come a little early- even on BC. Not happy about that but it could be starting to regulate things

So far so good
So far so good, I’ve been putting this powder in my coffee every morning for the last couple weeks now. I like that it has no taste at all, and it’s so much easier than swallowing pills for me. It’s too early to see any results, but I like it so far!

Amazing
This stuff is absolutely wonderful! After 2 weeks my imbalance seems to be going back to normal and I noticed my moods were better. I felt great! After 4 weeks of taking it, I became pregnant but unfortunately I had an ectopic. After 2 years of trying, 4 weeks of this stuff, I finally got my positive. Just be cautious that endometriosis and pcos ladies DO have a high risk of ectopics. I will continue using the powder when I am able to again. Highly recommend for irregular and heavy periods in addition to trying to conceive.
