The case stays closed very well, and the cup itself easily expands and collapses. Sometimes however, just setting down the cup causes it to collapse and spill whatever is inside. Overall, great little piece to bring around everywhere.

I ordered one for myself with my band’s logo. It came much faster than indicated (2 days later). The engraving was so fantastic I ordered another 10 to hand out to my band mates. Again, came 2 days later and just as sweet.

Fast shipping, they actually emailed me as I forgot to state my engraving. Product showed up like two days later. Need to open fully and then twist just a bit so that it doesn't fall. Using common sense, this will work well for purpose intended.
