It's a really tasty relish but saying it is hot is kind of a misnomer for all except the most spice averse people. There is an "extra hot" version that is even better tasting but not really hot either for anyone who likes Mexican or Thai food.

This Chow Chow is the real thing . Taste great and has good spice , I love it ! Been looking for a long time for a Chow Chow I tried in Memphis 15 years ago. This is it , plan on me coming back to buy more.
