It really is nothing more than a plastic toy. If all you want is a plastic kid’s toy, then this ukulele will fit the bill. We were hoping for a real one like the one we saw at Catalina Island. So we sent it back. Waiting for refund as it stands now.

The uke is tunable, but it will take a lot of time and stretching the strings before it'll be able to hold the tuning for more than one song. It does not fit in the awkwardly wide and not tall enough bag that it came with. Kids (ages 5 and 2 years) like the bold colors and for now enjoy that they can make "music" with mommy and I like that they aren't trying to play my nice instrument.

I bought it to put on the wall of our camper and let the kids play around with it by the campfire. But it was too cheap and the strings kept coming loose so I sent it back

This would be great for beginners if it would actually stay in tune. What's the point of trying to learn if you can't even hear how the proper chord should sound. Every time I would tighten the strings, a few SECONDS later, it would be out of tune.

I know these are only 25.00 but.....it was a waste. Should have gone for something more expensive. Probably ok for a 2 year old but not a 10 year old.

Very cheap. Strings were stripped from the tuning knobs. Box it was shipped and was completely destroyed and ripped open so the body of the ukulele was scratched up.

The whole thing was plastic. It was the same price as a better quality one. A bit disappointed.
