The Heartland tenor 4 string banjo is a plectrum and finger style banjo fitted with traditional Irish string gauges, also suitable for jazz styles. This Banjo avails of great volume projection. Our Heartland Banjo is well built with a mahogany finish, complete with closed back, resonator, adjustable tailpiece, and bridge. This banjos body and neck are made from solid mahogany. On the top we used remo head. Fingerboard of this banjo is made from Black wood aslo know as Ebony. Brackets, rim, tailpiece and machine heads are chrome plated. It has a scale lenght of 577mm and nut width of 29mm. It has Closed solid back with 24 brackets. Comes with detachable resonator. Recommended tuning are: Plectrum tuning (DBGC), Jazz tuning (ADGC), and Irish tuning (EADG).
