Pretty decent and how to get them to last longer Pro-Tip!
Overall these are just fine for the price, but they are a bit thin but not so thin they break. I don't think these are pure brass, I have a feeling they are plated pot metal of some kind because they don't react like brass and gain patina etc. The valves are sturdy little things and they seem to serve their purpose as no water gets through on the inside.Pro-tip: To get these things to last longer, add some oil, grease, or silicone sealant to the rubber o-ring to keep them from drying out and leaking. I do this with all hose products and mine rarely leak at the o-ring. The hose itself usually dies first. Every once in a while just re-apply the grease to keep the rubber in good shape and these won't leak a drop on you for a long time, even if they are sitting in sunlight and getting hot.

Not a good as I hoped.
I wondered why these fittings were supplied with extra washers. When I went to attach the adapters to a tap it became obvious. Using only a single washer I could not screw the collar sufficiently tight to prevent water leaks. Using second washer was the only way to get the adapter to seal properly. This meant that there was only a turn or two of thread engaged which is not ideal. They do work but I am not sure that I would purchase them again.
