4 days into taking this supplement, my urine became dark, I was waking up sweating and had a dull throbbing pain from my liver area. This isn't consistent with the other reviews on this particular brand of He Shou Wu, but it is consistent with some other brands' reviews. Maybe a coincidence so I'll give it the benefit of doubt since I was taking other herbs and supplements at the time but this was the only new addition. He shou wu is known to be liver toxic so just be careful when taking this supp.

Personally I find it perks me up slightly while concentrating without any other changes. Excellent product and I will keep buying it.
