Lid handle gets hot.
I have induction stove. While the pan center has tiny bow, it seems to heat adequately. The lid handle gets HOT. Easy fix : a small piece of Silicone Oven Rack Protector.. Read start up directions re: seasoning. Both pan and lid can go in dishwasher. Happy cooking. :)

Excellent choice
One of the best fans I ever used. Only a few drops of oil or needed. Very easy to clean.

nice pan, could be better in quality
What can I say? This pan is nice, heavy and is pretty flat to start. The heat distribution is of the best I've ever seen and I am happy with that. A small simmer flame seems to heat the cooking surface quite evenly. The color is very nice. The blue coloring spans into the cooking surface as well, so that has a blue appearance to it. The rivets are not coated so anything that doesn't stick to the cooking surface sticks to the rivet's edges with a vengeance and it is difficult to clean it off without scrubbing the cooking surface along with the rivet.Packaging also tells a lot about quality as well. Referring to my photos, I don't know on what planet their English is from, but on mine we spell the word "series" as such. So that kinda gets me, that the printed packaging is of poor quality. And looking at the finish... I would much rather have the finish from the outer to the inner overlap rather than have a gap. You can see the raw metal in the photo along the outer edge of the pan.But this did not kill it completely for me. I still like the pan a lot and am relatively happy with the cost for a pan that has such heft, flatness and heat distribution as this one compared to the outrageous prices of higher end name brands. For longevity, only time will tell. So I will not say anything in that respect. It is a very cool looking pan though. But, not for long I think, as I am going to certainly be using this as well as my 10" MSMK for my go to cookware from this day forward. Then I will realize how great (or not) these pans "really" are.Update...I added another photo. I realized after I used it a couple of times that there is actually a flattened portion of the pan and it is not truly round. See the photo. I am going to make an attempt to repair this area. However, the packaging was in perfect condition, so the product was in this condition when it was packaged. I guess they figure that roundness or out of shape pans does not constitute quality and ship it to you this way regardless. I have trouble getting a lid to fit on this. I am using a lid with a silicone edge now that seems to work okay. But where the flat part is also sticks up a little higher at that point and the lid still does not seal well because of that distortion.

Induction Ready
I am a highly experienced cook and am often disappointed in the quality of skillets. This brand has been very impressive. It heats evenly, can be used at a high heat and in the oven, it never sticks and I simply rinse it with dish soap and a soft brush. I have had this skillet for over a year and it is still perfect inside and out! I keep recommending them to everyone who cooks with me! It is a great value!

The best non-stick pan I have tried
I have tried a few non-stick pans. The others were Circulon and Caraway. This one is by far the best. This pan has the best nonstick surface and is the most durable of the ones I have tried. It also has great heat distribution. So glad to finally find a great pan this size for my Induction range.

Cadillac of frying pans?
Had a good laugh over this frying pan with the wife. I bought this pan to use for cooking steaks. (You know, sear steak in pan on top of stove to get a good "crust" and then pop into 500 degree oven for 10 minutes or so.) Anyways, first time using it and it looked like I totally abused the frying pan. Wife freaks out and starts giving me the business about having to clean my screwing up her pots and pans. All I said was "Yes, dear". I watch her start to cleaning while mumbling something about me under her breath. 15 seconds later, it was like I gave her an early birthday present of something. She comes at me with the frying pan with a grin on her face. She apologized for complaining and wants me to buy all new pans for her like this. Wow, that was a close one.
