Hel-X is tried and proven media, most commonly used in moving bed filters but also great as a static medium in canister filters (the naysayers will tell you otherwise, but they're wrong!). But the description on Amazon says that this item consists of 0.3 gallons of Hel-X, which is 1.13 liters. This is wrong--it only contains 0.8 liters (800 mL).
