Perfect fit
Fit perfectly on my 2008 Peterbilt 386 w/ISX15. The clamp is a bit cheesy but worked for me. Held on to the old original clamp just in case of future failure. Cap looks exactly like OEM and the fluid level is once again easy to see.

Fit perfect on peterbilt 379
Perfect fit on peterbilt 379 with cat c15 acert motor. The clamp that came with it fell apart immediately so I reused my old one. But the housing and gasket were perfect. Would definitely buy again

Perfect fit. Comes with filler cap, cover, clamp and the lower packing/gasket. Clamp is terrible, won't tighten, acts stripped out. Additionally ordered filter. Clamp is only reason I didn't rate it a 5.

Works good!
Used it in my T660 worked good, came with a filter, bolted it on tightened down the hoses and good to go!
