Item arrived damaged/broken. I am still yet to get a refund despite several complaints. Very frustrating

I have used sk ii treatment essence for many years and it has a very distinct yeasty smell. This product had no smell whatsoever so i knew it was a fake as soon as I smelled it.Have requested a refund.
