Awesome product, became a part of our everyday routine. Helps me immensely to keep track of how much water I need to drink for the day. Also for someone like me who forgets to stay hydrated, this flavoured water helps me be right on track.Customer support is excellent, mailed them about a broken bottle and they promptly replaced that, which other companies wouldn't.

The build quality is good. The styling is awsome. Its handy and usable.I use it for white tea on a daily basis for one month now and am satisfied by the product and purchase.The only issue I see is that while the inner infuser is made of stainless steel, it seems to Start going brown in colour. While I wash it twice everyday its getting browned day by day and someday might start getting rusty.Not sure if we can get just a replacement of the infuser?

This is the best bottle to use fruit or tea infusion. No mess and very convenient. For me the outer black cover was a blessing as I don't the have to keep answering people what/how/why I am drinking infusion water at work.Looks Pritty classy to carry and glass material makes it healthy. Doesn't spill out and can be easily carried in a office bag.First I was a bit confused on how to use it but videos by insta cuppa are very useful and you can quickly figure out many other ways of using this bottle.Packaging came really nice. It has a outer cardboard cover which will make bottle impossible to break and can be kept for future use.

This is the second purchase that I've made from InstaCuppa. The first one was a glass french press which has been super durable for the past few months. Was very impressed with it's finish and quality as most of my locally purchased french presses have broken.Decided to get this for carrying to work and travel - most important feature, it does not leak!The glass is easy to clean and sturdy, does not retain any smell. Though I avoid milk-based drinks in it usually.I've been carrying it around very carelessly and it's been absolutely reliable. The sleeve that it comes with is really effective for grip and additional protection.The infusers sit tightly within the bottle and are easy to clean as well. Really happy with the product so far. Total value for money.Packaging was also done well and the InstaCuppa team has been prompt with their responses on the warranty and freebies. So feels more like an in-person store purchase.Will definitely try out some of the other products and gift the same.
