For YEARS I'd try melting palm sugar to make Cendol, but it just got sticky and left a mess in my bowl. I found these bottles and it's perfect! (1) bottle served about 7 family members, they drank two cups each (yes, we love Cendol lol!) with plenty to spare, because you definitely don't need a lot. It's very thick but easy to pour. It almost has a sweet coffee taste to it, so I can imagine it's good for ice cream too. YAY! So happy found this sugar here...I plan to buy more for Easter!

The product is excellent and offers rich flavors unlike anything I've tried before. It is great with my morning coffee, and works well when making sweet and spicy vegetables for the nights I feel like making Thai or Chinese cuisine (a little goes a long way). I cannot wait to start baking and mixing cocktails with this! It would be perfect!

Bought this for a fudge recipe but tried on ice cream as another reviewer recommended. Yummy!
