I take this tripod everywhere with me! It’s lightweight, easy to carry, the size is perfect. And easy to adjust. I lost my original remote and they sent me a new one. And then I got the new one wet while taking pool pictures and I was able to repurchase another for $6 on their website. Definitely recommend

I spent a lot of time trying to decide which selfie stick/tripod to choose on Amazon and I am SO happy I chose Andobil. My package got lost so I had to cancel (Amazon delivery issue, not seller) The sellers customer service reps Kristy actually reached out to me and offered a replacement and I received it the next day. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from a seller on Amazon before her. She also told me if there are any issues or missing peices they will promptly fix it. The product itself is extremely sturdy and I can't wait to use it on vacation! It also compacts into the bag easily so you can carry it around and is easy to put away as well. It extends smoothly and I can't comment on the remote because I have not used it yet but I'm sure it works just as good as this tripod. If you are torn between the cheaper tripods and this one, go with this one because it is well worth the investment along with the customer service and warranty. I ordered this product because my husband and I decided to take a family gender reveal trip to Puerto Rico with our kids and had no one to take our pictures. This came in handy and was extremely easy to set up and use. Our family photos and gender reveal photos came out beautifully! This was able to quickly and efficiently catch all of our amazing moments! I currently have an iPhone 13 max pro and it is extremely compatible!I will be using this product and purchasing more! The seller is extremely nice and contacted me providing me with and updated remote which is great the one I had worked well and I’m sure this one will work even better!

I got my product a few days earlier than I expected it and all was well. The manual was simple enough to read to put the tripod together. The tripod is easily adjustable and sturdy. It doesn’t collapse. I only had one minor inconvenience with the remote not working with my phone and the owner was extremely plausible and worked well with the inconvenience. I sent a message about it and the owner shipped me a new remote that works in just 7 days free of charge. I’d definitely consider buying this product. And I commend the owner for being so kind and easy to work with!

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I love photography. When I go back to traveling, this and the camera will certainly be my constant companion. I strongly recommend this to friends and family.Update: I sent an updated review today. The phone holder was broken as it lost its the tension to hold the phone. I have a requested for a phone holder replacement. If I receive the replacement, I will rate it back to 5 stars. Pros: Comes with an extra battery for the remote control, Bluetooth remote easily with cell phone, optional attachments to phone or camera, True height, seems well made, not a flimsy piece of junk.Cons: I haven't used it outside yet on rocky ground or in the wind so I can't rate that. Haven't used as selfie stick either but I figure it should be fine. Good purchase & price.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall a very good product better than many similar ones in the market. Pay attention to not tighten the phone holder too much.. instead tighten the socket and other adjacent screw well to hold the phone. I had initial challenge and the customer service helped clarify them and I like this product very much now. Use it wisely to secure your phones.. good luck.

Dude. For real, this device is so nice. It goes up to 67 inch. Very sturdy and tall tripod. The tripod itself is great and fits my iPhone 13 Pro with a case on with no issues. The screw mount also fits my DSLR camera with no issues as well. I appreciate how tall this tripod gets when fully extended and how sturdy of a base it has as well. Easy to use and set up by the way.

Producto interesante, pero en mi caso el resorte se rompió después de pocos usos, así que no lo recomiendo. Es la única parte que de hecho me parece poco fiable, pero ¡es la más importante! Desafortunadamente, pasé la fecha máxima para devolverlo. Está ahora completamente inútil. Afortunadamente, encontré un phone mount de Joby, que tiene excelente reputación, y puede reemplazar lo que viene.
