Delivery came incredibly fast (next day, though I am not a prime member). Having tried out several waist shapers/trainers already in my life, this one is by far the best one yet. The material is very comfortable, and with the straps you can play around with tightness. As for size, the size table is accurate, but when in doubt I suggest to order a size down rather than up.When I first put it on, and did not even tighten the straps to the max yet, I was surprised by how nicely it shapes my waist. You can easily wear it under your clothes, but I prefer to wear a shirt underneath when I wear it for workout, because you will sweat! As for working out, it is a great item for workouts that require you to keep your back straight (walking, running, cycling, leg workouts etc), I wouldn't use it for ab workouts. It definitely makes you sweat more than usual, but make sure you do not wear it too tight while working out, as you need to be able to breathe and circulate blood properly. You'll sweat especially in the stomach area, which is great.Another plus is that it definitely helps with your posture and provides some support for your back.I just received this item, but I am convinced that over time, combined with healthy food and workouts, this will nicely help shaping my waist. I am very happy with this item, and I would recommend it to everyone who wants to shape their waist for a single occasion, or for more permanent results over longer term.

My first impression when I took it out from the package was how soft it felt to the touch. I put it on and I must say it's like no other waist trainer I've used before, from quality to support. On some items you know that the "about this item" section is just for publicity to sell them items, but this waist trainer description was accurate: it is "comfortable, stretchy and will not roll up or irritate your skin, will not stab like some others stomach control belt".I was also worried about the fitting, I got a size S although after pregnancy I am a size 16 on jeans and other clothing, and it fitted perfectly. Keeps my back straight, improving my posture, and not only when exercising.I was reluctant on buying and trying another waist trainer, being dissapointed before, but now I am so pleased I got this one, excellent choice, from price to quality. I already recommended it to my friend and she already got one herself.

Really happy with purchase. I was unsure at first, as I have bought a waist trainer in the past and was very disappointed. But this product is great. I have been wearing it all day under my everyday clothing and I've never felt so comfortable. Initially I didn't think it was going to fit but once I did up the hooks it was fine. I am a uk 14-16 (more 16 around my stomach area) so I bought the large (US size 8-10) and its a great fit. I am wearing it on the last hooks at the moment so I'm hoping in time I can adjust it smaller and smaller. It fits perfectly, no rolling up and down as I'm moving about and you can't even tell I'm wearing it other then my waist looks great. Highly recommended.Let's see if my waist reduces over time and if it doesn't then at least it makes me look good and holds everything in.

Is ok! It dosent let you sweat at all , it’s just press up your fatty , for me a M is ok not too big not to small and I’m a 12. Is shaping while you wear it so is nice but not very good as my exception

It’s a nice fit but came like this, with the corset metal sticking out - a health hazard!

I first ordered this in XL and it was too big even though my waist measured within the advised size. I sent it back using the hermes drop off and received the refund into my amazon account the same day! So I ordered the L and it fits perfectly with just the right amount of compression and will eventually be able to go tighter. I felt my back ease immediately too and have noticed my back pain getting better. I've only been using it 3 days but I can already see a difference. I'm using it to help shift the extra weight around my belly from having a baby, 5 months pp. I've used a lot of waist trainers and sauna belts and this is the best yet. I'd highly recommend!

I'm very impressed with how quickly it arrived, the waist trainer fits really well. I am a UK Size 6/8 and I opted for size S, and still feel a great deal of compression. I use this waist trainer to workout and compared to all the waist trainers I've tried in the past this is definitely the most comfortable I've ever used! I love the double strap as you can compress all areas of your stomach, and I love how it fits right under my bust all the way to just above my hips (I'm 5 ft 7 for reference) I can easily wear this all day without feeling discomfort and out and about if I'm walking for the day.

Comes up very big, I followed the guidelines but should size down deffo! This rolls down, and gives a bumpy wrinkled appearance when worn under clothes. The material is thick so actually adds to waistline under clothes. Might be ok just to wear around the house but definitely NOT for under clothes.
