I tried everything I could find online from geek help desks and customer comments to get this mouse to work. I specially bought a plug-in versus wireless mouse to have less problems. But it endlessly gave me error messages that it was no longer functioning. When a message says it is incompatible on Windows or it goes offline, yes, there are all kinds of settings you can change and I changed them. But I could not get this to work and had to give up. My advice would be to spend a little more money and get a product that works.

Great product did not expect it to be so smooth or such a great size. This is full sized! very happy with product would recommend for replacement :)

This is an uncomfortable mouse. And I'm trying to figure out how much it'll cost me to send it back. It came in a brown box with a coloured sleeve; no paperwork at all. Somehow I'd been under the impression I could lock the led colour; but it's a constant rotation. But THAT is not the biggest issue.The smooth plastic makes my fingers tense, thinking they're about to fall off. The side darker plastic is textured, but might cause issues for those with tactile sensitivity; it's that awkward not smooth but not a full texture, inbetween, skin crawling formation. Which oddly enough does feel like it should have been the texture for the white and the white the browm, everything inverse might have been better.The height if also very uncomfortable.Some mice are universal. THIS MOUSE is for someone with big hands. The arch/hump puts strain on my wrists making an input device I should use without thinking about it, a constant awareness of pain and cramping. The solution might be to hold my hand lower down on the mouse; but then it feels awkward getting movement out of the pointer and I can't use the scroll wheel that way,The bottom of the mouse is also textured and has arc rubber points instead of four nubs on the corners. This has affected how it moves across my mousepad and how well and accurately I can use it, and at what speed. For me, it's a VERY slow mouse, no matter how I've tried to tweak my system settings.I may just keep it as an emergency backup. But damn.
