The color of the house is beige canvas with a grey roof & trim. It was very wrinkled from packaging so I ironed it using steam, problem solved. It only has one zipper opening with nice wood ties on each side. The different solid colored flags are around the entire roof. It didn't come with instructions but the setup is self explanatory. However, the difficulty comes with trying to thread the poles threw material with no give! The poles are flimsy and one actually cracked during set up. Once together, it is spacious. I'm 5'5" and able to stand up if I touch my chin to chest. I was also able to get in it comfortably with my 1 & 16 year olds. Stability is questionable. A thin mattress or firm floor matt for the inside may help keep it stretched out...Update: It's been 4 months since my first review and I love this tent even more! It's holding up to my 1 year old who hangs from the windows even with a cracked pole. It was hard finding a rug with matching dimensions but the one shown has worked out perfectly.

Set-design is TERRIBLE. No instructions. We also have a cracked pole now, after an hour long intense physical battle trying to get it set up. It will be adorable and perfect if we can find a solution to set up...hence two stars instead of just one. The canvas seems solid. But the poles are crappy and getting the poles in is a total nightmare.

I was surprised that the merchandise came to my house earlier that the estimated delivery was. The reason why it took so long to arrive, I think because it was shipped directly from China. So basically it would take about 10-15 days to arrive at your door. Actually, I did not care about long wait anyway as I looked in the pics and I thought it is cute and spacious (which it really is). It looks exactly like the pics and I think it is a good buy. However, the instruction is not written in English, but it is not hard to figure out to put it together. This tent is very spacious and it can fit 2 adults and 1 child easily. Good material and worths the price

Sorry to say but this is one of the worst product that I have ever bought. Would not recommend this to anyone. It broke the first day we had it up all by itself. The pap pipe broke from the top. Then to return it's item you had to paid shipping it back to the company. They sent another one that I did not order and I had to pay that return. Will never buy another item from this place again.Glad to here that some people liked this item. I did not get any instructions either. Would never buy this again. Sorry.

What a shame! Such a nice design, but very bad quality of supporting fiberglass poles that pretty much destroyed the whole product. One pole broke right away and the second during the first night, while standing up, so children have not got a chance to even enjoy it. It was a long planned surprise and much needed solution during our temporary move that did not work out.There were no instructions and/or contact informations included and also there is a strange odor.Even though there has been many such complains, it looks like the manufacture keeps ignoring this problem.

The item is very cute and the cloth is thick so I didn’t think I would have any issues with this cute little house but 1wek after putting it together I came home to a collapsed baby house the poles split and frayed at the top

No instructions included. Very hard to assemble.
