So supportive I got nauseous from my organs being squished after lifting my baby up from being low. Less cramps when working and feeling like it wants to be delivered before due date.

*Update: after writing the review, I received a message from the seller and they offered a full refund, no questions asked and I can still keep the belt. They have a great and very responsive customer serviceNice product but already very stretched and starting to break on the back after only 4 weeks of use and I am only 18 weeks pregnant. It still does the job, but not sure how long it will last.

Overall, this is a good product. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant (with my second child), 5'3 147 lbs. I ordered a medium. I did the measurements they suggested and the support belt fits perfect with room to grow. I have wore this for a couple of days now once at work (for 12 hour shift) and other the time was at home. It is annoying having to take it off to sit or go the bathroom but you would have to do this with any support belt. I do feel lifted and supported throughout my work day, as I spend a lot of time on my feet. I would recommend buying this product if your doctor reccomends it.

I was having horrible SI joint pain in the lower back. I used this for 2 days and now my pain is gone. I was skeptical at first, thinking that was not going to help at all but it really helped a lot.

Very easy and comfortable to use. The velcro gets stuck to the border cloth causing pieces of thread to come out. Overall, it's a good product.

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and all my baby weight is straight out in front of me this time. I'm about 5'8" and a smaller frame, my starting weight was 145. I ordered a size large since my hips are wider anyway and I think it's a good fit. Since I've gained pregnancy weight I've been more uncomfortable as the weeks have progressed. I finally asked my OB if this was something I may find benefit from and his nurses said absolutely yes. I ordered it not even a week ago (today is 12/16/2020) and it arrived sooner than promised so I wore it to work the next day. I'm a medical assistant and am constantly on the move with patients needs or other roles in my department. For the first time in weeks I made it through an entire day without Braxton Hicks contractions or an overwhelming sense of exhaustion and discomfort in my belly. My only complaint is that I waited this long to invest in it. At times I find it a little clunky and have to just adjust the band around my back but it's such a minor thing that I don't care. I would most definitely recommend this to any expecting woman who has either lower back pain, or abdominal pain from the weight distribution of baby.

I am 5’6” and weighed 143lbs prior to becoming pregnant. Currently I am 22 weeks pregnant! I purchased the medium and It fits very well and will definitely last through the pregnancy. Everything is adjustable so I have room for let the belt out as the baby grows. Please note I have not worn this outside of my house yet. I just got home from work and slapped it on! :)Right away I noticed that it came in three different pieces. It is not one piece like my old pregnancy support band. It also came with two different sized straps that go above the belly. One is smaller than the other (I’m guessing because our belly’s grow so much and the longer one will be used more towards the end of my pregnancy” I’m currently using the smaller one. The entire belt fits comfortably and the material is soft. It also hides well under my shirt and doesn’t bulge out which I was worried about.This belt also helps to hold my pants up which has been a constant struggle! Yay!! I put it over the belly panel of maternity jeans and the snug fit of the belt helps to keep them from sliding down.5/5

If you put it on correctly yes it definately helps the lower back and fairly comfortable. However it made me need to use the bathroom all the time. Made it worse! Pressure all the time! So I decided I'd live with back pain instead of running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. It may not have been that bad for everyone though.

Purchased this maternity belt when I was 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. Noticed after having my 2nd child that I had developed diastasis recti (inner abdominal muscle separation - 4 finger width). With exercise I was able to reduce this slightly, but still remains. I became pregnant a year and a half after my 2nd child, diastasis had not healed, and therefore the support my core needed to carry my 3rd baby wasn't there. Started to have back pain very earlier at around 18 weeks.When I received this belt, I could understand some other reviewers point on the clunkiness and having so many straps. When fitting on myself, it was straightforward and you do not need to undo every strap- except when adjusting to loosen or tighten.This belt has given so much support, I feel the difference when I take it off. Wish I could sleep in it tbh! I do not have pain when wearing it. I am able to wear it to work, and sit down for a while without it causing discomfort. It has helped significantly with my posture, reducing slouching. I do not have back pain when wearing it. It would definitely be advisable to wear over a vest top/t-shirt as would mostly likely cause friction sores and discomfort if in direct contact with your skin. It's not overly bulky, but I was wearing it under jumpers.The conclusion for me is this has been a life changer and has made this pregnancy much more comfortable. It is reasonably priced for the benefits received.I would definitely recommend this product.

Fab product. Im a size 18. I ordered an xl. Fits perfect. Big more stretch than i thought but obviously i still have alot of growing to do. Comfy yo wear. Instant relief from back ache & helps shape & support tummy. I love it

Started having very bad back pains as the bump keeps growing. Omg this belt is a life savvier!!!!I can actually walk long distance without pain! Don’t go anywhere without it now. So good, would recommend to all expecting mums.I like how the seller also emailed instructions the day this arrived, thank you. That was very thoughtful. I struggled to understand what goes where to start with.

Is helpful, but as the size is larger than expected so is difficult to say at this moment if help a lot as i should have it smaller- definitely is giving better comfort and relief even too large. 3 pieces makes more flexibility to needs (the back can be used alone or the over bump on it's own). Im wearing as a set and the velcro is keeping nice in placeDefinitely go for size smaller as i gonna wait for proper use couple of weeks until my bump get bigger.

Heavily pregnant and suffering from SPD, couldn’t wait any longer to get a belt from NHS and they only give you ones where you can only wear it standing up.Found this belt so decided to try it. Really pleased with it and it great value for money.From the moment I put the belt on my back felt a lot more supported and I feel I can straighten up more. I like the support under and over the bump as well.The delivery was very quick ordered yesterday and next day great service especially when you need something ASAP.
