This blender is really awesome, cause the design is simple
for so many years, i have tried many brands blenders, no offense to others, but some can't break the ice as they advertised, some just complete you with many different sizes and colors cups and caps. This blender is really awesome, cause the design is simple, but the power is huge to break any ice or icy strawberry, banana, etc., And the quality is really good, feels like very durable! Oh, I love it! I tried with strawberry smoothie and banana milk shake already, just as perfect as I expect! So here again, sincere thanks to the seller!

Not a vitamix substitute
Leaves chunks in. It sounds plenty fast but the blades not as well designed. Low speed controls poor. Paid forty for mine which was a phenomenal deal. But no where as good as my 400.00 omega blender. I think people are buying it as a replacement for the super blenders (vitamix, etc.). It isn't.

Mine came with no user manual so guess will be hit or miss with this thing - anyone have one they can send to me (copied and scanned perhaps?) LMK I'll get you an email address. Sheeeeesh - probably all in Chinese - should have read into this more - got it now will use it. Can't give a higher star til I can actually put it to use so the "hate it" part is that I have no user manual. :-/

Great product~
Awesome bleander, come with very safe packaging, no damage at all. It works pretty well,too. I think it works the same as the one I bought from Walmart. Don't just skip this bleander because of the price. A good blender worth a good price!
