a whole year ago i started getting hormonal acne around my chin area and it hurt really bad and it will show up several times around the month it was staring to leave marks on my face i started taking this pills on sep 1 within the first week i notice my acne was less severe it will still come out but it would hurt or be as swollen the pills have no flavor and are easy to swallow my face has cleared out so much and even looks glowing i will keep taking them hopefully i can get results in other aspects like my menstrual cycle one thing i did notice is that around my period time i did feel more of the pms symptoms and i was super moody but other than that i recomend this 100% for hormonal balance**update beside the hormonal acne i was trying to get pregnant for five years nothing worked after taking this for about 5 months i got pregant ❤ i hope this help someone else

Mi periodo es poco frecuente, a veces ha tardado hasta 5 meses para llegar, y también me ha dado 2 veces en un mismo mes. Tengo SOP y me habían recetado anticonceptivos para tratar mi condición, pero mi pareja y yo decidimos tener un bebé hace unos meses. Deje los anticonceptivos y aún así no estoy en embarazo, pero descubrí esta MARAVILLA. Empecé a tomarla hace una semana y ya me llegó el periodo después de una ausencia de casi dos meses. At first my cycle was a little irregular and my mood was way off! After 4 months of taking these, I now have a 28 day cycle that comes on the days predicted by my fertility tracking apps. This started after the 2nd month! Within the 1st week of taking these pills, my mood was better. My husband noticed immediately! I'm more calm and less hormonal. 😌 I hope that they will also help to boost my fertility. I will be taking these for a long time.

So I get my new bottles from my subscription to this Myo inositol supplement. The pill on the right is what I've been getting but I crack open the next bottle and the danged things look a bit darker and they feel heavier! So I had to make sure it was the right bottle & sure 'nuf the labels are identical but not what's in them! I hope they're not some other supplement in the wrong bottle. I'm reaching out to customer service & update y'all.

The bottle arrived with a flimsy seal and no cotton filler. As another customer did, I compared the pills in this order to another bottle, and they are certainly different. If the manufacturer changed the size of the capsule, it should also be reflected in the dosage but it is not. I suspect these are not the right supplement and contacted Amazon for a refund. Beware!
