The media could not be loaded.  The biggest downside of this music box is the cheap, plastic look (which you can easily see in the picture). However, despite this it has some real stand-out moments that make it ultimately charming. This is due to the mechanisms; there's a lot of movement that mimics a real sewing machine. The needle moves up and down, the thread rotates as does the wheel and the foot pedal goes up and down. All this happens when the drawer is open and it plays a charming classic melody.The quality is not the highest and the plastic construction won't be for everyone, but I think anyone who loves classic machinery, vintage items or sewing would be very tickled by this. I would certainly think it was very cute if I received it as a gift.

Vintage Mini Sewing Machine Music Box is so cute. It is of a good size to my surprise. It is made of plastic and the finish on some places is not the best. However, you cannot ask for too much at this price.Windup is easy and you open the drawer to play the music and close the drawer to stop it. When it plays music, the needle and pedal move like a real sewing machine. It is so fun to watch. The music is pretty standard.Overall, we enjoy it very much.

Up close, it does look rather cheap, but it costs less than $25. It is made from plastic, not wood. The detailing on the sewing machine is excellent. It is identical to a real sewing machine. Some parts even move when the music is playing. Pulling the drawer out will start the music which sounds a bit off-key.The weight of the music box gives the sewing machine some stability. I would be very open to purchasing similar products to this.

Its cute, but it has absolutely no weight to is and is quite cheaply made.It is very, very small. It could easily be held with one hand.They did a great job on the design....as for the "music" part - just gimmicky and nothing impressive.

So it's very cute music "box" though the box is really just a small drawer that you can't put much in. It's very cute visually but one or 2 of the notes are a bit off. I expect them to be tinny as that's the charm of a music box but some aren't the right note
