Great service from the people who sell this…
The most important thing about buying this camera for me has been the back up from the team who sell this. The first one I had the battery failed and Amazon put me on to them via WhatsApp. Messages were replied to quickly and help was swift in coming in the form of a replacement camera. Since then the replacement stopped working and the team - mainly a person called Rainbow - helped me work out how to reset and it’s now working fine. Things go wrong - it’s the backup that counts. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great item, works well
Have this for a place abroad and it allows us to check into see all is ok - very happy with item.Only thing is they have increased the price and we wanted another one.

Battery fails and solar doesn’t charge system is now unresponsive
System drained and solar panel is not enough to recharge. Tried a physical mains recharge and still unresponsive. Can’t reset or reconnect to the network.No response from customer support for over a week.Avoid as the power recharge and system design isn’t fit for purpose.

Product looks good and is quite small due to being a 'two-part' camera. However it was returned due to not picking up the QR code from my phone. Hence i have no idea on the quality of pictures or performance. Shame really as it was just what i was looking for.
