I just re-started on Biosil, so cannot comment on any effects yet. However, in the past, I was pleased with stronger nails and hair. Bone density test in a few months. This doesn’t taste great; just have a “chaser” glass of water to drink after you take this. It’s just a momentary fishy taste, and well worth taking for its benefits.

I have been using this product for years, first for hair and nails and now to strengthen my bones as I get older. I stay with this product because it works well. The taste is intolerable. Hint to anyone interested: Fresh squeezed lemon with your drops covers most of the taste making it easy to swallow.

Does help to create strong hair and fingernails. It also does help firm up facial skin, although it"s not a miracle worker.

I began taking BioSil in December of ‘19. My hair was braided and a weave was installed in February of 2020; removed in July of 2020. I am truly shocked at the amount of growth, in 7 months! My hair, typically, grows to a certain length, then, seems stagnant. The pic on the left was taken in December of ‘19; right pic taken in July ‘20. Just so happens I had on the same tee shirt! 🤣😂 So glad I did, because it’s a stunning photo, side by side.

I have been using BioSil for a couple of years and take 5 - 6 drops twice per day, and I am thinking a bottle lasts me about 2 months. Always take it in juice. The taste is awful if just mixed with water but somehow juice neutralizes it pretty easily, especially citrus juices. I stopped this about a year ago and I started losing pretty massive amounts of hair. I kind of freaked out and started to do some reading about causes of hair loss. I gathered that I had to look for things in my diet that could have changed or perhaps stresses in my life. I also realized that if you are losing hair today, you have to look back and see what changed over the last 2 - 3 months as it may take awhile for those changes to affect your body. When I looked back, I realized that a couple months prior to starting to lose my hair, I had stopped the BioSil. I immediately started up again and about two months later, the hair loss subsided. Perhaps it was a coincidence, but I haven't had any problems since. This is one of those products that I think helps make my skin and hair stronger but unless you take it away, you don't realize how much it is helping you. Needless to say, I will probably always include this with my supplementation routine. It is a good value for the buck!!

I had 3 bad discs in my neck that had degenerated, and then the joints got Osteophytes. I've been taking this product and seeing a Chiropractor regularly for over a year. My condition was diagnosed with an MRI; a recent follow up MRI showed that 1 of the discs healed completely, all the Osteophytes dissolved, and the bone had become smoother which was a very good thing. This type of improvement was thought to be impossible.I've noticed that my hair and nails grow faster, and that my nails appear much stronger than they used to be. I haven't noticed a difference in the quality of my hair, but my barber asked me "what the hell happened, your hair so thick now".

Worked to regrow and thicken hair, but taking recommended dose for bone density has not helped at all. After over 5 yrs. taking the dosage to build bone, allong with other supplements, still had no effect, no improvement on my bone scans, still osteopenia. Flavor is bitter but I didn't care since it helped my hair.

The seal was broken, appeared to have been opened. The Box had been opened and was handled looking. Afraid to use and no refund policy for this item. Pissed!
