What a great deal! It looks plastic in the pictures but i was pleasantly surprised to find out its a very light weight aluminum or something like that.This alone makes it seem like it should cost more than 5 bucks. I really like the button on this its got a great response, a satisfying click and it feels like it wont get worn down quickly - in other words it is not flimsy and seems unlikely that the trigger will be pushed accidentally while in a purse or pocket. Also the flashlight has a slight curve/contour to its body shape which makes it feel really good in the hand. As for the light - it is BRIIIIIGHT. Gonna be keeping this one on me for self defense on my nightwalks- to help me in deterring any animal or human predators that get too close. I can imagine being flashed in the eyes with this light would be very disorienting to any would be predator. This is not what i originally intended this light to be used for but at 5$ A piece i can buy a couple more for my other needs. It is a true pen light - i have included a picture w a pilot g2 pen for size reference. Great value - pick one of these up while theyre still this cheap!

Nice penlight for $4.99. It has three settings: High, Low, Flashing. The construction looks durable and appears to be a high-quality black/brushed aluminum. The only thing I'm unsure of is how it will last if dropped from about shoulder level onto a hard floor. It's about the same length as a ball point pen, and about twice in circumference. You'll be fine if you place it in your shirt pocket. It will feel heavier than a pen, just because the two AAA batteries add to its weight.

I carry a flashlight light at work and have used stream light stylus pro’s for years. But I can buy 4 of these for the same price. Almost the same size and brightness. Only problem I have ever had with stream light is a switch to go out after approximately 5 years which is a lot of use but I have lost a few. Going to try these and I’ll update about how long they last. Only thing I don’t like is how it’s a 3 stage switch. Bright low flash I hate that, would prefer just a bright setting.

The media could not be loaded.  This by far is the best pen light I’ve bought in a long time. Super bright has 3 great modes super brights, clear low beam and a super bright strobe light function. Light weight solid definitely well made! I highly recommend this pen light to any and everyone looking for pen size super bright flash light.

This is a solidly-built, metal flashlight that's much brighter than any other small flashlight I've ever had. It's about the size of a pen, and VERY bright!It's also small. It's about the size of a pen, so it's very pocketable.There's lots of value for money in this small light.

Nice little inexpensive pen light, normally I am pretty skeptical about buying really cheap products, because they are normally disposable throw always, but thus little light fit the needs for a handy little front pocket flashlight.

Ordered and received one that I thought was broken after inserting new batteries with positive side down - the direction indicated by another customer. Bought another pack of batteries and it worked. So much for new batteries! Liked the flashlight so much that I ordered and received two more today.Time will tell about durability. One star deducted for no instructions in box or in product description on website for direction of + or - ends of batteries when installing.

I wanted a flashlight for a lightweight bag that takes up about the same space as, say, a regular Sharpie. It's thin with an end-cap button that's not easily pressed by accident, at least not in my bag. Killer buy for about $4! Getting a couple more soon. 👍
