After installation, the faucets look great and work well. I am updating this review to 5-stars.I think these faucets are of good build quality and they look very nice.My product came in the box labeled as Hotis brand, not Kingo. Neither the box nor the instruction page has any customer support numbers. There is no email, web page, or 1-800 number if you have a problem.After I posted my original one-star review because of the backward faucets, a Kingo agent reached out to me and apologized for the problem. They are informing the manufacturer of the the problem I encountered.The gripe that I have with these faucets is they are the opposite of USA standards for how the handles point when off. Each faucet has a red or blue dot and red or blue tape on the faucet inlet fitting. If you install the faucet as they come from the factory, and shown in the minimal instruction sheet, the handles will point toward 6:00 (toward you) when off, and 9:00 and 3:00 when on. There is nothing in the instructions that indicates this. The instruction diagrams show the faucet handles at 9:00 and 3:00 when off.I looked at the product page on Amazon and down in gray fine print it says:"The hot & cold water dots are removable, please try to reverse the handles to make it point at the position you want."Even this is incorrect as the handles do not come off. To get the handles pointing in the correct USA direction, you have to put the faucet assembly with the red dot and tape on the right for cold. And the blue faucet assembly on the left for hot. The colored dots do come out and you can switch, but the dots will not face the user, but are in line with the handles.This product is made in china and the manufacturer has not yet got their act together for selling in the USA.Of course, I did not discover these backward faucets until I had everything installed. I had to undo my work and switch left for right and hook them up again.My suggestion to anyone buying this product is to determine what position the hot and cold valves are in before installation, and put the correct faucet on the desired side so the handles point in the correct direction when off and on.

This is as described and worth the purchase. It is modern, stylish, yet not over the top. Perfect for what I had in mind. The handles were a little hard to install at first but once installed, everything works perfectly

Finish chipped off on first use and water would not stop dripping. Very poor quality. Spend a little extra and get Delta or Moen.

I love the way this faucet looks but it was really hard to get the handles straight. It took my handiman a long time to get these handles straight and they still feel a little wobbly. I really like the way the faucet itself moved back and forth like a kitchen faucet. All and all I’m happy with this purchase and I would buy it again because I haven’t seen another one that looks like this one. If I could choose between this one and another one that looks like it I would probably choose the other one.

After 11 months the Faucets operate smoothly and water spotting wipes off easily. The drain supplied was very functional pop-up style and easily removed for cleaning. The faucet setup was very easy with snap-on hoses

Easy to install, looks great, and I love the swiveling spout.

This looks very nice but seems the installers had a little trouble getting it on there. They had to replace the vanity that they had just installed so they had to remove this faucet set and when they went to put it onto the new one the handles just wouldn’t properly secure, so make sure you get it right the first time. Also the brush nickel look if it gets wet kind of makes it look dirty so you have to keep it clean at all times.

You can tell it is a cheap faucet. However, it is a quick low cost alternative option
