I have been taking Hair Strong for three months and one week now. The first month I saw very little change - not much difference in hair fall, and no new regrowth at all. The second month, my skin became smoother and it looked great! A tiny bit less hair fall, but I still didn't see any new hair growth. During the third month, I really doubted this was making a difference in my hair, which is the entire reason I began using it. Then in the fourth week of the fourth month, I noticed that the hair fall was less - considerably less. Yes, I still have hair come out when shampooing or styling my hair, but definitely not the larger amount like before. In addition, I have tiny new hairs growing in the 'receding' areas, and I have little hairs growing all over my head (the part is less obvious). So when they say to give this supplement three months to start seeing results, that is exactly what they mean. Be patient. Healing starts from the inside before you ever see the results on the outside. I will update this at the six month mark in March 2020.April 2020 Update: I've been taking this for almost seven months, and have seen a marked decrease in the amount of hair that I lose when shampooing or styling my hair. In addition, my skin is looking really good, too! I will continue taking Hair Strong, because even though my results are more subtle for me, it DOES work and I am pleased.

I just started using this product so a full realistic review is difficult to give at this time. I can say my nails have grown and are stronger witch is something I haven’t had seen in years. I’m in menopause and it wreaks havoc on everything!! Hair, nails, skin...I will continue to see if there’s any further improvements. I’m always hopeful.

What I like about this product is that it gives the right amount of the nutrients I need for health where other products put way too much in theirs! Less is More! I just haven't noticed any arrest in hair loss as a result of taking this for the last bottle. I will keep it in my supplements because of what it offers but not seeing any change in my type of hair loss. :)

I've tried many different hair supplements and they don't compare to Vali Hair Strong. My hair AND nails grow fast and I feel it has improved the health of both. My nails were splitting one after another and would barely grow before snapping off. Now they have thickened up and are looking so much better. My hair was breaking off a lot and wasn't growing very well. Now, it's growing so fast I have to go monthly for a cut when before I would go every 2 months to 2 and a half months. AMAZING!

I had high hopes and took these for two months as advised. I thought they were helping at first but at the end of the two month I was still loosing lots of hair. Especially during washing my hair. As many as before taking these if not more. Not worth it.

I really like this product! My fingernails are stronger; they grow so fast that I have 2 trim them every other wk now! My skin esp my face is clearer now more than ever b4! (So often I’m told that I don’t look my age!) And my thin hair is starting 2 look healthier! (I esp love the fact that it’s vegetarian!!!)

Hello. My hair had become brittle and very thin due to radiation treatments. It had begun to fall out in some patches. I purchased hair vitamins from the aisle at the pharmacy. Not much happened.
