Q: Will this work on the 2 following grills - Nexgrill Model# 810-0025 and Chargriller model# 2121

This grid lifter is designed to work with Broil King grids. We cannot attest to it's effectiveness with other models and makes.

Q: Does it lift out the optional cast iron gridle?

I do not believe it would work since the notches actually slide into the openings of the grate. The griddle does not have the same openings to slide into.

Q: Does this tool work on the 22 inch weber grill grate

Yes this will work for the grate in question. A tip for thinner grates such as the 22-IN Weber grill grate, using the lifter upside down will assist in getting increased leverage.
