Such a simple design yet gives me so much pleasure. I love coffee and I like nothing more than fresh coffee. I'm not a great fan of instant coffee but with this cup, coffee is so much more enjoyable to drink.I mainly buy pre-ground coffee and use that but I can also buy coffee beans, run them through the blender, store in an airtight container and use as required.With a cafetiere it's hard to make just the right amount of coffee but this makes just one cup. Easily. Just put your coffee into the cup, add any sugar and pour in the hot water in half way and stir. Insert the plunger/mesh thing and push down to the water level and top up with hot water, leave it a bit and push down the rest of the way and drink.Mother came to stay, loved it so much I bought this one for her and she phoned me up to say how much she loves it.If you're a coffee lover and want just one cup with no mess, get one. Easy to use . You can have a decent cup of filter coffee without having to use a cafetière and cup.

This is a very robust cup. The only problem I have is that there is a small hole in the spine of the press that lets some of the finecoffee particles through, I can forgive that to have a 'real' coffee when camping without having to take loads of extra stuff.

I bought this for my mum for her birthday. She already has one of these mugs and uses it often, so I thought that an extra one would be good. She hasn't complained about it, so I expect it's good! I asked her if it's leakproof and easy to clean, and she said it was. I'm slightly confused on how you can rate it's flavour(as it is just a mug) but it's a good buy for coffee lovers!

Delivery time was excellent now to the cup well made the filter looks good but I was finding when you pressed the plunger down coffee was still escaped so still had coffee grounds in my drink

I am very pleased with the mug. It’s great as a thermal mug and perfect for individual filter coffee. I use it at work as a pilot and it great to have it self contained for good coffee. Make sure you use the correct grind of coffee or you will get grinds come through although they are not a problem and sit in the bottom. Don’t overfill it and don’t put it in the dishwasher!

Not long ago I bought a red one of these - ended up using it regularly at work, so I just got another one - black this time - to use at home. I like the fact that you can make just one cup & generally it’s easy & convenient to use. You can easily use it to make tea in it, too. Was worried that there might be too many bits of coffee floating in the drink, but generally haven’t found this a problem. I can’t believe such mugs are not more widely available.

i have been buying these cups since last three years. They are cheap, good quality, and quick in making a good french press coffee.I have used them almost daily and they run for long time for about 4-6 months. And then buy another as it is so cheap :-)I gifted these to my colleagues and they loved it. Easy to carry outdoors and to office.With time, the plunger rubber gets lose and hence it gets way too tight to pressit down or up, but it's okay, why? Coz it's so cheap, buy a new one. Hahaha!!

É bem legal. Ótimo custo benefício.O único porém é que a prensa é feita pra um café moído um pouco mais grosso do que o café que vende no supermercado normalmente. As vezes passa um pouco de pó pela prensa. Mas não afeta negativamente no hora de beber.

He tenido ya varias prensas francesas de diferentes marcas y modelos. Mi mayor problema con la mayoría es que al ser de plástico el café duda poco tiempo caliente, son complicadas de lavar o simplemente muy grandes.Hasta el momento está es mi tasa favorita. Si bien sigue siendo de plástico el tema de mantener el café caliente ya no es un problema pues al ser menos me lo tomo antes de que se enfríe. Al no ser tan profundo se lava muy fácil y al ser chaparro hay menos riesgo de que se caiga.Otras ventajas es la simplicidad de operar, el émbolo filtra bastante bien y la tapa si bien no es hermética cierra bastante bien que no te salvará de un accidente pero evitará que se derrame todo el café de golpe.Pros- excelente precio no hay otro mejor en este tengo- tamaño. Muy portable y cabe en cualquier lado- fácil de lavar dimensiones de una taza común por lo que no se requiere de algún cepillo especial o nada para poder limpiarloCons- plástico, significa que va a conservar olores más fácil y más propenso a mancharse- no hay cierre hermético- no compatible con la mayoría de porta vasos debido al mango.

I just wanted to see what pressed coffee was like and bought the cheapest things I could find as a test. This little cup works GREAT. Nothing fancy but I was impressed with the coffee. Once I find a stainless steel one to buy, this little guy is going to be kept in the camper. It will be so much easier to clean than the gas stove percolator as were the camper is kept in the mountains we do not have any running water. Nice, easy, lightweight: did a good job. Stainless steel will keep it a bit hotter and I'd like it to hold a bit more, but this really did the trick for me.

I use this mostly when I am travelling which is most of the time. This makes your life so easy, especially if you like coffee and a good one. Easy to use, clean and carry. It’s not leak proof neither does it keep the coffee hot for long. It’s to carry but not to keep for long. It makes perfect French press. I love it. You should take it if you travel a lot and don’t wan to spend and still have A good cup of coffee. I have been using this since two years and never had a complain. Make sure you have old coffee grounds, that makes all the difference.
