Flakey Box
I tried to like this box (ordered 2) but its software and firmware stink wireless keyboards dont work reliably on it one has to unplug the dongle on every reboot and it occasionally reboots on its own USB ports don't work correctly sometimes they don't recognize flash drives or HDD hooked to itVPN wont restart on its own even when selected it deselects on boot Then the wonderful kicker Requested return on Jan 29 and amazon only gives me till Feb 1 to send back impossible time frame since we had a ice storm here so I am stuck with these POS

Check make sure is New and not used
I like the box but when I open the box I couldn't set it up on the Wi-Fi wireless and noticed it had someone email attached to the box so I send it back to Amazon prime and noticed Amazon don't have this box in stock. Bummer I really want to replace the boxes I'm sending back.

Idk if I just got a bad 1 but this thing has issues. It wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi, Apps disappeared, and then the Play Store stopped opening. & that was day 1.

Not worth it
Do not waste your money! Doesn't not work well at all. Buttons get stuck on the remote and always have to unplug to reset.

Bought this as an upgrade to our old Chromecast for watching Netflix. Couldn't install any apps that would work on it (no Netflix, no Amazon Prime, etc. etc.). We thought about trying to upgrade the firmware through the mfr's website, which was super sketchy and instantly offered us a wide range of malware. Good on those of you reviewers who apparently got it to work easily, but it completely stumped us (both electrical engineers). Absolutely terrible product.
