Works great for my new foldable Dahon bike which I noticed was missing a bolt from the back rack on the left side a few days ago. At first, I didn’t think it would fit based on trying to put it in by hand initially, but you will need an Allen wrench/Hex key to install the bolt. Luckily, I had spare ones from new living room chairs and chances are, you may have one lying around from a new furniture or gadgets.I’m a new bike owner (few months) and the M5 size installs perfectly well for the back rack area with an Allen wrench/Hex key in case anyone else was not sure. I found 10 pieces for $8 to be very reasonable and great if you’ve noticed a missing bolt or two from wear and tear and do not want a whole bolt kit.

They are shorter than originals, but was sufficient to secure my water bottle holder. The holder is still in place even after several extended bike rides.

First, great quality product. Stainless steel and seem like they'll hold up.The only issue I had is that, not knowing what "M5" is, I didn't realize that the fittings on these are smaller than the rest of the hex bolt fittings on my bikes. Believe the water bottle cage bolts on those must be "M7", as they are a bit larger and use the same size wrench as my derailleur cable bolts, etc. on the bike.Again, great product, just require me to use another Allen wrench / hex key when tearing the bike down for cleaning.

Nice set of hex screws for bicycle accessories. Packaging is great, sizing is as specified. Thanks! Only recommendation is to include washers.

These M5 hex screws seem to be chrome plated and were the perfect length for my older mountain bikes from the 1990's. Helped make a 95% rebuilt black Specialized Hardrock look like sort of new again. (It needed everything rebuilt, including freehub, both index shifters, new BB cups, bearing balls, and front cones). Cheap enough, proper head shape and finish, and shiny. Good. Came in a metallized mylar type ESD bag with a zip lock.

These bolts were just what I needed to finish up a bike project. Fit perfect, high quality.

I used these bolts to attach fenders to my Cannondale bike. They worked just fine. :)
