wonderful for plus-size people!
At first I was afraid that these insoles would be too long for my shoes, but I was able to fit them in 2 separate pairs of running shoes without trimming them down. I'm over the 220 lb. weight threshold and these have held up wonderfully! I've been using them consistently since I received them about a month and a half ago, and they're still going strong.

Works but
I got these supports for my plantar fasciitis and they are decent quality. They fit good in my shoes and are easy to use. My only issue is for me personally they are not as rigid as I would have liked in my sneakers but they worked great for my boots. So for sneakers and running to me not enough support but for regular everyday walking they worked great in my boots. All and all I am happy with the purchase!

Oddly Constructed and Very Firm
This order came with a pair of large footwear insoles in a blue color. So, like many people in the world, I have low arches. I never noticed the problem until I started running about two and a half miles five days a week. I’ve tried several kinds of insoles, in an attempt to make the running easier.Sadly, these shoes didn’t add much comfort to my everyday movement. To begin, these insoles claim to be for individuals weighing 220 pounds or more. They’re quite long, which makes sense, and the length is good for me.However, that’s about where the positives end. These insoles are FIRM. So firm, they’re borderline uncomfortable for me. Even after walking with them for several weeks, I simply don’t like walking in these. They hurt my feet.By comparison, a $10 pair of gel insoles from the dollar store practically alleviated all of the pain in my hips and lower back within a few days of using them. I can’t tell if these are gel, but they don’t feel as though they made of it.Second, let’s talk about the position of the arch in the insoles. Even though the insoles are so long, the arch sits farther back into the insole. So far back, I had to move the insole forward to align it properly with my foot, and that’s bad.Ideally, you want the arch to sit perfectly under your foot, the back of the insole to cover your heel, and the front of the insole at the tips of your toes. To get the arch to sit properly, my heel goes over the end of the insole one inch. These aren’t bad. They’re just not designed properly for MY feet. I also notice how insoles designed for heavier people, like me, are SO hard. When a $10 pair of insoles from a dollar store feel better than these, something is off.

My Feet Thank You!
These are great. Sometimes my feet ache after a long day and I need some arch support and comfort. These inserts are wonderful!! They are extremely comfortable and offer me the support that I’ve been looking for. A few years ago I went to a podiatrist and he told me that you can tell a quality insert by trying to twist it. If it twists a full 180 degrees it is useless. If it won’t fully twist, it’s higher quality. This doesn’t twist because it’s got a strong plastic base, and it’s also covered in a great comfy cushion. They come a little large and need to be cut down to fit in your shoes for the perfect fit. They are easy to cut at the toes. These are thick enough to provide good padding, but not too thick that you can’t put your shoe on anymore. I am very pleased and would love to get these for each pair of shoes I own! Good solution to achy feet.

Arch Support for Flat Feet
Price at Review: 29.99I have flat feet, and I put these in my 8 wide walking shoes, and had to trim the medium sized insoles a little bit (which was easy with the cut lines). I have used these several days now, and they seem very compable to other brands for arch support insoles (i.e., superfeet).Im only 160lbs, not sure whats different for over or under 220lbs, but seems to work fine for me.These are cheaper than superfeet, so def worth trying to see if you like these better.

These are saving my feet.
I have had my other insoles for... too long, if I'm honest. These things do have a lifespan. I also wanted to find insoles that fit more of the length of my shoes, as the old ones had a tendency to shift down towards the toes as I walked and then became very uncomfortable. These are great. They actually stay in place and while yes, I do also need new walking shoes, these insoles make such a difference for my very very flat feet. I've experienced plantar fasciitis for decades now and good insoles make such a difference to my day. I'm getting a pair for my husband too!

Works well once you get them sized properly
These insoles provide good support and relieve my foot pain. However, the sizing is a bit tricky. I got the blue ones, and they’re comfortable, but they could be a tad thicker for more cushioning.*This product was given to me through the Amazon Vine program for my honest and unbiased opinion.
