First, if you are expecting the traditional dried mango -- chewy and thick -- that's not what you are getting with the Orsky. It's a completely different mango experience.I have a bunch of mango fans in my house, and I expected that the freeze=dried version would be a hit. Turns out I was right. The freeze drying process results in a crunchy, flavorful snack that I have also used in cooking (cauliflower and dried mangoes!)No added sugar, though of course mango has natural carbs. The only possible drawback is that this is an import, and that may be an issue for some.
