Great Balls of Therapy!
I broke my knuckle and tore the tendons around it in my left hand and have been in OT for about 6 weeks. I am just starting to increase the strengthening and grips exercises so these grip balls were a perfect idea. My OT advised me not to use the medium one for now, so I am sticking with the lesser two. My daughter and husband use them for fun, mostly. They do attract dog hair like crazy, but they are easy to clean with a little bit of soap and water. I highly recommend!

These hand grip balls are great for keeping on my desk
These hand grip balls are great for keeping on my desk. It is easy to just pick up and use while I am reading something online or have downtime. They are great to use, but they have a funny smell that gets on your hands too.

Good after carpal tunnel surgery
Bought this to help with hand strength after carpal tunnel surgery, open not the mini or micro, as my doctor said at my age it was important to rebuild strength after the 6 weeks of no activity. I'm up to ball #2 on both sides. My only negative is the feel of the thing especially the pink one, it's icky, though that may just be me. I never liked those sticky hands my son loved. He had used the 3rd 1 as had no problems with the feel.

They gave my hands a workout!
I appreciated that they gave my hands a workout! With carpal tunnel in my wrists and some arthritis in my fingers, my hands need all of the strengthening they can get! The hand grip balls come in x-soft (pink/lilac), soft (green), and medium (purple). My favorite one to use was the green one, soft, because it had just the right amount of give to it when I'd squeeze it. These hand grip balls were easy to use. The texture on them prevented them from slipping from my hands or fingers when I was using them. I keep them in a basket next a table in our family room so that I can use them when I am watching tv. I really do feel that they have helped me!

5-stars!
I have issues with my hands from typing for so many years, and I needed something to squeeze to help strengthen my hands. These grip balls were perfect. They come in several "strengths" so there's a soft ball, medium and one that's harder. The balls are a size where my little hands can actually squeeze them. I've worked my way up to the medium ball now. I keep these by my desk, and I take small breaks throughout the day just to workout my hands a little then keep going.
