Basic costume sailor hat
I grabbed this for a 40s pinup sailor costume. It's pretty much as basic as basic can be. It did require some steaming because it arrived folded. It's also a little on the small side, so be advised of you have a big head or big hair.

Like:- it’s a cool look. Good for Halloween. Only.Dislikes:- unfortunately , the white fabric is thin and cheap.
