Great product. It is easy to use and easy to clean.The coffee stays hot for hours. The material used gives it a premium feel.Total value for money.

I bought the extra lid and it was pretty much useless. The original lid (with the press) is similar with a flipper to sip. Issue is it remains very hot for a long time, so often have to transfer it to a different mug before drinking the coffee

Using them for about 18 months now. I bought two of them actually. One for home and then one for office. The inner part is made of steel and easy to clean. The outer shell is polycarbonate so sturdy enough. I dropped from my hand a couple of times, from a low height, but nothing happened. Most other similar items are made of glass so always a risk.While it is supposed to be for making coffee, I ended up using it more for making Darjeeling tea, the leaf variety. I love tea and it was always a big issue to have my preferred leaf tea at office. With this thing, its very easy to have the infusion. Good enough for 2 persons at a time. Also keeps warm for at least an hour so sometimes directly carry it to meetings.Coffee also comes out good. I normally use coarse grind.Initially had a doubt about how long the silicon around the disk will last. But so far it has stood its ground for that 18 months.
