Zee Garden Hose Pipe Reel 30 m White

we bought the 30 m black version for our 100 square meter terrace with huge trees. the roll up system broke after a month, for two and a half month we got advise via email (!) always with a few days delay in between how to fix the problem ourselves, we even were told how to open the box container of the pipe. we asked if they can repair their product. no answer. always the head designer who was never answering the phone writing us how to fix it. finally we were told we have no warranty and we caused the damage ourselves. again no repair service. no help. it felt like getting the door shut into your face. imagine this from Samsonite or PRADA. imagine this within the heat wave we have right now. furthermore the hose is one of the cheapest quality, the handheld device poor, we exchanged it to a Gardena tool, and once we opened the system we saw everything inside made out of fragile plastic. this is not the quality you expect for the price.. and definitiv no customer service. if you need a reliable system we recommend Gardena. it even comes with a 5 year warranty. one star for design.
