For cats, too!
I bought these because I have a cat that will sometimes pee right outside the box when stressed. I was tired of cleaning and washing litter mats, so puppy pads are a good solution. I had been using tape to keep another brand in place, which was a pain, so I was happy to learn that there were actually pads that existed that already had adhesive. I decided to give these a try after reading the great reviews. Despite people complaining they were too sticky, I could not get them to stick where I wanted and stay in place. When my cat goes outside the box, she loves to go in a corner, so this is important. I need to stick them vertically, too. There wasn’t enough adhesive, and it was only in the corners. A longer, thicker strip would’ve been better. For me, it’s not worth the extra money to pay for adhesive that doesn’t work if I still have to use tape.As far as absorbency goes, the jury is still out. It appeared like it did soak through the pad when she peed on it, as the pad and floor were wet underneath, but it could’ve been possible that it was because she peed on it near the edge. I’ll update the absorbency factor and my review after a few more uses.UPDATE: I poured a dixie cup full of water on the pad, and it absorbed all of it and did NOT soak through. 12 hours later, the floor underneath was still dry. The issue appears to be that when water was poured too quickly, it couldn't be absorbed fast enough, spread out toward the edge and started to run off. I think that was what happened when my cat used it.Overall, for its' basic purpose, it's a very good product.

Great Design!
The pads are very effective! Our puppy took to them right away. Especially like the adhesive on the back. Great idea!!!

They don't leak! I was sure I wouldn't find pads that don't leak through, but low and behold, these do miracles!
